For the students' association under Kuliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge & Human Sciences (KIRKHS).

Flow of Approving Students' Programmes:

1.SOCIETY/ CLUB - draft a proposal * get recommendation from top main boards & advisor

2.DEPUTY DEAN (Student Affairs) / Coordinators - Discuss

3.OFFICE of DEPUTY DEAN (Student Affairs) - to check programme in Almanac

4.SOCIETY/ CLUB - Check the proposal, follow the procedure, prepare the final proposal paper

5.OFFICE of DEPUTY DEAN (Student Affairs) - Recommended the proposal (get the signature)

6.OFFICE of DEAN - Approved the proposal (get the signature)

7.OFFICE of DEPUTY DEAN (Student Affairs) - Send the approved proposal 

8.OFFICE of DEPUTY DEAN (Student Affairs) - Collect the issuance of the approval letter
