*Sila hantar borang reoprt 2 MINGGU SELEPAS program.
 
1. PM & APM :
 
- 2 minggu SEBELUM program (lagi awal lagi baik), sila isikan program ini ->  Students Association Programme Form
 
- Sila pastikan PM dan/atau APM pergi sendiri untuk mendapatkan tandatangan pihak atasan seperti Advisor, Deputy Dean dan Dean. (Mencerminkan komitmen anda, sikap kebertanggungjawaban anda, sikap profesional sebagai seorang KETUA dan PENOLONG KETUA)
 
2. SECRETARY:
 
- 2 minggu SELEPAS program (lagi awal lagi baik), sila isikan program ini -> Programme Report Form

- Dan juga sila gunakan template ini ->  Annual Grand Dinner Report

3. TREASURER/FINANCIAL CONTROLLER:
 
- 2 minggu SELEPAS program (lagi awal lagi baik), sila isikan program ini -> Kulliyyah Financial Report Form & Reimbursement Form

*Perhatian: Sila rujuk terus ke Deputy Dean (IRK Building level 2) untuk sebarang pertanyaan dan kemungkinan Deputy Dean ada melakukan sebarang perubahan.
